Infrared Sauna Therapy

Whether we like it or not, toxins accumulate in our body over a lifetime from the environment. Infrared heat provides all the healthy benefits of natural sunlight without the dangerous effects of solar radiation.

Infrared saunas give a much more enjoyable experience because they warm you at a lower heat without steam, the dry heat is much more tolerable especially for asthmatics and those who don’t tolerate heat well.
